We’re excited to share that the Chapel Hill Estates HOA is donating $100 to support the Avondale High School Senior All Night Party—and we’d love for you to join us.
This event takes place on May 28 (Graduation Night) and gives ~240 seniors a safe, fun, and drug-free way to celebrate, with food, activities, and prizes.
It’s all funded by the community, so every contribution helps.

Annual HOA dues are only $60 per household. These funds support neighborhood events s, entrance landscaping, and general community improvements. To make payment easier and improve participation, we are working to provide multiple payment options for residents.
